Shôko Barcelona joins this effort with the celebration of the charity event “10 Cocineros por Ecuador” next Monday, July 4 of this year. The main objective of this event is to raise funds for the construction of schools in the affected areas.
“10 Cocineros por Ecuador” will be made up of 10 chefs who will participate in a cooking show in which they will prepare typical Ecuadorian dishes in their own style accompanied by a cocktail.

German Espinoza: Chef Fonda Spain
David García: Winner of the second edition of Top Chef España
Cucho Puig: Executive Chef of the Asador de Aranda
Maria Espin: Contestant in the third edition of Top Chef Spain and Executive Chef in the Hotel Melia Sky
Albert Ortiz: Chef of Axol Restaurant, recognized as the Cuiner de l’Any
Gabriel Conti: Chef of the Restaurant Shôko with the recognitions Santi Santamaria in 2010 and Restaurants with special touch of the guide cook of the year 2014 – 2016
Vanessa Merino: Contestant in the third edition of Top Chef Spain
Carlos Fernández: Chef at the Hotel Condes y Martin Berasategui
Alex Clavijo: Chef in Vadebacus and contestant in the third edition of Top Chef
